Email Project 2007 -2008

 This year's email project has begun and we have already received responses from 53 authors and illustrators, including several from England, and others from Spain, Israel and  Canada.

Our internet connection is back in working order so our project continues.

Our first response was from an illustrator in England who told us his favorite book was the Bible.  What a wonderful beginning to this year's project.

We have also already received our first special visitor. Author, Alice Camille, sent her mother, Mrs. Pedergnana to our class with her book, Animals of the Bible from A to Z .  Alice graduated from Our Lady of Lourdes and although she is living in California her mother still lives in Mt. Carmel.  We were thrilled to hear from her and welcome her mother to our class.
